COUNTRY STYLE SAUSAGE OR BACON
(1) 20 oz. can Manning’s Hominy
1 lb. lean sausage or ½ lb. bacon
Cook sausage or bacon, remove from pan. Add hominy, broken apart, to drippings in pan, (drain excess drippings). Crumble sausage or bacon and add to mixture in pan. Heat slowly.
Variation: Add sage and onions to taste
